FLOOR AND DOOR  CONSTRUCTION :

Flooring Construction of would be hard wearing, non-slip finish and suitable to store required capacity of vaccines and door would be constructed and insulated to the same standard as the wall. Doors must be lockable with 100% fail-safe provision for opening from inside. Free-standing stove enameled steel Shelving and Shelves will be able to withstand the weight of the Vaccine Boxes and should be washable

INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM :

The controlling system having is PLC Base and PC communication on Ethernet

SENESOR:
Temperature sensor PT-100 used for measurement. Temp. in degree Celsius with 0.1°C.

COOLING SYSTEM:
Consist of hermitically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guarded by time delay circuit. CFC free refrigerant. The cooling system is made up of split type so as one can place the compressor coupled with condenser coil (Condenser unit) in well-ventilated area and avoid hot air throw in the stability room.Internal temperature of +2°C to + 8°C adjustable according to ambient temperature.



ALARMS:
Audio and visual alarms are generated for temperature variation.

SAFETY:
The unit is provided with safety devices for temperature under shoot in case of malfunction.

The unit works on 230 Volts AC and 50Hz mains supply.

 

OPTIONALS :

  • Common Software: Chambers are connected on TCP/IP (Ethernet) with the centralized work station and transferring data in database. This centralized workstation provides the tool for viewing, trending and alarm management of chambers. \
  • Temperature Scanner: 8 point scanner for temperature having 8 temperature probes provided with alarms to monitor various parts of equipment.
  • Stand by Cooling System (Auto Switch Over): A fully functional cooling system can be provided as standby. It comes in operation automatically when the regular system fails to function.
  • Door Access System with Touch Screen Display: The door access system restricts access to the chamber to authorized persons only. In this system a physical lock is provided additional to this password access control is provided. Maximum six users can access the chamber.
  • Remote Alarm System: Alarm for Temperature & Humidity deviations. Indicator LED to identify equipment deviation. Alarm hooter test push button
  • Mobile Alert System Suitable for Equipments whenever the alarm is generated by the system the user has to acknowledge the alarm with in predetermined time. If the user fails to acknowledge the alarm will send as a sms to 6 predefined numbers
